Iconic Lash Bar Policies

At Iconic Lash Bar. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations with be sent via text or email and a phone call two days prior to your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.


Appointment Policy

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • Please arrive with clean makeup free lashes.

  • Although allergies or sensitivities to lash adhesives are rare they can happen. At Iconic Lash Bar we use the highest quality products and proper application techniques/ sanitation to ensure your safety and lash health. Iconic Lash Bar is not liable for reactions due to our products.

  • If you are concerned about any sensitivities, we recommend a patch test at least a few days before your appointment. Please call to schedule a patch test.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, to avoid a cancellation fee please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • A credit card is required to hold appointments. A $35 cancellation fee with be billed to the credit card on file for any appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • No Show appointments will be billed 50% of the amount for the appointment on the credit card on file.

Late Arrivals

  • We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments 10 minutes prior to the start of the appointment to ensure adequate time for their service.

  • While there is no fee for late arrivals, we will not be able to extend your appointment time.

  • Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

  • Guests arriving 30 minutes late or more will be required to reschedule their appointment.

  • We do understand that things happen and will do our best to accommodate you. Please understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In the case of this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

Fill Policy

  • At Iconic Lash Bar we recommend that all new clients book a removal and new full set. Other Salons may use different products and techniques that we at Iconic Lash Bar do not perform.

  • After arriving for the appointment we will fill your lashes at our discretion depending on the condition of your current extensions. If we feel as though your current extension were done properly and your natural lashes are not compromised we will then change your appointment to an external fill.

  • We recommend our clients get a fill between 2-4 weeks from your last service.

  • If it has been 5 weeks or longer since your last service we will require a new full set.
